Privacy Policy

Last Updated: August 28, 2026 • Effective Date: January 1, 2026

1. Introduction & Scope

At Toro Finance Hub ("we", "our", or "us"), accessible from our web application, the privacy of our visitors is of paramount importance. This Privacy Policy outlines the types of personal and non-personal data collected, recorded, and utilized when you interact with our financial calculators, quantitative screener tools, and educational guides.

2. What Happens to the Numbers You Enter

All financial computations — loan principal, interest rates, SIP contributions, salary, retirement figures — are executed locally in your browser and are never transmitted to us. We do not store them, we cannot see them, and there is no account to create. Closing the tab discards them.

The single exception is the contact form. If you choose to use it, the name, email address and message you type are sent to our email provider so we can read and reply to your message. That is the only route by which anything you type reaches us, and it only happens when you press send.

We never sell personal data, and we do not use anything you enter for advertising.

3. Your Cookie Choice

Analytics and advertising cookies are only set after you accept them in the banner shown on your first visit. If you decline, the Google Analytics and Google AdSense scripts are never loaded and no request is made to either service.

Declining does not limit the site. Every calculator runs entirely in your browser and behaves identically either way. You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser, which makes the banner appear again.

4. Google Analytics

With your consent we use Google Analytics 4 to understand which calculators are used and where visitors arrive from. It sets cookies to distinguish returning visitors and records page paths, approximate location, device and browser type. IP anonymisation is enabled. We do not upload any figure you type into a calculator to Analytics.

5. Google AdSense & Third-Party Advertising

Google is a third-party vendor on our website. It uses cookies, commonly known as DART cookies, to serve ads to our site visitors based upon their visit to our platform and other sites across the internet.

Important Cookie Disclosures:
  • Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites.
  • Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to users based on their visit to our site and/or other sites on the Internet.
  • Users may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings or aboutads.info.

6. Server Log Files

Toro Finance Hub follows standard procedure for using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. The information collected by log files includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of this information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users' movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.

7. CCPA & CPRA Rights (California Residents)

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), California consumers have the right to:

  • Request that a business disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal data that a business has collected about consumers.
  • Request that a business delete any personal data about the consumer that a business has collected.
  • Request that a business that sells or shares a consumer's personal data, not sell or share the consumer's personal data (We do not sell personal data).

8. GDPR Rights (European Economic Area & UK)

We would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Every user is entitled to: The right to access, The right to rectification, The right to erasure, The right to restrict processing, The right to object to processing, and The right to data portability.

9. Contact & Data Requests

If you have additional questions or require more information about our Privacy Policy, do not hesitate to contact us at support.toro@gmail.com or via our Contact Page.
