All mathematical models, calculator interfaces, user experience components, and technical editorial guides published on Toro Finance Hub are the intellectual property of Toro Finance. Please do not scrape the site in bulk or redistribute its source code commercially without permission. The underlying mathematics is not ours to restrict: amortisation schedules, annuity present values, CAPM and the rest are standard published formulas in the public domain, and you are free to use them.

3. Computational Warranty & Disclaimer

The calculators are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind. We check our formulas against known closed-form results, but we do not warrant that every calculation is error-free, nor that any result matches the terms a specific bank, tax authority or lender will actually apply to you. Tax rules in particular change frequently and vary by jurisdiction and personal circumstance. Verify anything you intend to act on.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Toro Finance Hub, its analysts, authors, or contributors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including without limitation financial losses, investment underperformance, loan default, or tax penalties) arising from your reliance on our tools or technical guides.
